Thursday 5th December - walks ** – Around Felixstowe – rain early then mainly cloudy.

Todays forecast looked so good for a decent windsurf foil , after the early rain cleared we were supposed have 20 knots from the SW, mild too, so with high tide at 2 I had time to do my exercises before heading over to Levington Marina just after 10.30, actually way too early as the tide was still very low and sadly the wind was very light:( I had a wonder about with my camera, dozed in the van, saw a couple of foilers come and go, then at one with no sign of the strong winds arriving I headed for home! Storm Darragh arriving over the next day or two with rain and the temperature dropping I will probably give windsurfing a miss! After a quick lunch Mag and I walked down to the peir in the gloom, along the prom and up into the town to have one of my pics printed for a few Christmas cards, we don’t send many, have you seen the price of stamps! And home for a cuppa and cake!
